The balcony is 1100 mm tall overall, with 150 mm less between the anchoring centres.

Our system is made with Laminated EVA glazing measuring 13.5 mm. Weight and simplicity of installation are the two main design considerations. Stainless steel (316 grade) clamps with a 30 mm stand-off are included with the package. If you require a larger stand-off, more brackets are available. Installation

To fix the balcony, M10 rods are required and can be found at most builder’s merchants. The balcony is supplied with spherical stand-off brackets that screw straight onto M10 rods. To fix into brick or concrete, you’ll need M10 rods and 2-part resin; to fix into wood, you’ll require M10 rods, a nut, and a washer that are secured internally. Accurate dimensions are completely your responsibility; once manufacturing starts, sizes cannot be altered or returned. We are able to offer glass loading estimations that are simulated. Glass can be offset from the wall or timber post by 10mm thanks to the standard 10mm back spacers that come with all fasteners. At an extra expense, larger back spacers are available.
